Personal Training

Tailored personal training sessions designed to meet your unique fitness goals and needs. You will learn correct technique, avoid (aggravating) injury and learn the best methods for your body. Sessions are 45mins in length and may incorporate cardio, strength, mobility and flexibility.

Up to 4 friends can train together, keeping your motivation up and cost down.

Group Fitness

Join our small group fitness classes for a supportive and motivating workout environment. Held in the morning and evening. Casual and Season passes available.

To foster a healthy and engaging workplace, group fitness classes are available at your location if there is a suitable space.

Mobile Service

Customized 45min sessions in the convenience of your own home. We come to you with the expertise and equipment; you provide the safe, clear space of at least 3x3m, indoors or out.

A travel charge may apply if >10km from Broadford Post Office (check here for coverage)

Dietary Consultations

Dietary guidance is available to assist you in making good choices about what you eat. Basic healthy eating information and advice is provided using nationally endorsed nutritional standards and guidelines.

Consults are included in all initial appointments and include personalised written information to take home.

Additional 30 minute consults are available.

Fitness & Postural Assessments

Comprehensive fitness and postural assessments are conducted to enable safe and effective programs to be developed. This 30 minute assessment is included for all initial appointments. Reviews are conducted to monitor progress and for program modifications.

Additional 30 minute consults can be arranged.

Community Health & Fitness Information Sessions

There are alarming statistics relating to health in Australia, in particular regarding obesity, chronic disease and physical activity, for both adults and children (see our Resources). The benefits of a healthy lifestyle needs to be more widely promoted and supported. We conduct fun and educational presentations to local community groups and organisations, giving practical and sustainable strategies to incorporate new and better habits for health.
