Personal Training
Pre-payment required.
Initial Appointment (1:1) $120
Includes a comprehensive fitness and postural assessment, dietary guidance and personal training session. Duration 75 minutes.
Single Sessions*
Find a friend (or 3), have fun and split the cost with our group PT single sessions. Sessions include a warm up, dynamic stretches, goal-driven workout and static stretching. Duration 45 minutes.

10 Session Pass (1:1)* $585
4 month expiry from first session.
Start up pack (1:1) $350
Includes an Initial Appointment and 4 personal training sessions with frequent check ins.
*Must attend an initial appointment prior to commencing PT sessions.
Small Group Classes

Casual class $20
Season Pack 1 $220
1 class per week over a 12-week period. Includes 1 make-up class that must be taken within 16 weeks of pack activation.
Season Pack 2 $400
2 classes per week over a 12-week period. Includes 2 make-up classes that must be taken within 16 weeks of pack activation.
Postural & Fitness Assessment $40
Includes strategies and exercises to take home to help address any deficits. Duration 30 minutes.
Dietary Consultation $40
Includes a personalised goal sheet and written information to take home. Duration 30 minutes.
Health & Fitness Presentation POA
Content and duration determined by request.
Mobile service travel charge 80c/km
Applicable if travel is over 10km from Broadford Post Office.
